Re: San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers

Steve Grisetti wrote:I hope so! I love Sidd's visuals!

Music to my ears. :) I will have to look around for another location worthy of Steve's voice talents.

As I watched this last video one of my first thoughts was ..... I wonder if Steve would be willing to do more videos.... :YY:

Re: New E1 Camera from Z

From what I can see it looks to be $600 for just the body. I really like that they have such a high quality in such a small package. For me I like the extreme smallness. I always feel awkward lugging around a giant camera and a suitcase full of lenses. I hope this camera takes off. The founder has p...

Re: Error upon opening and closing pre13

It sounds like the program is defaulted to go look for media on your disk drive. I am not a user of PRE13 but you might try seeing if you can change the default of where the programs opens and looks for media. From the adobe website: Your software was never properly installed and the programs are at...

Re: San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers

Thank you Paz. For such a small camera that gimbal is working out really well. I have discovered that the gimbal works much better if you use it connected to an extension pole. The extension pole puts the weight forward and reduces the "micro-shakes" that are associated with being handheld...

Re: Blown Whites in Video

Paz would a neutral density filter do the trick? I have used one on my old Sony HC1 and it worked really well.

Re: San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers

Epilogue: I sent an e-mail to the Conservatory's PR department to see if they had any interest in posting the video to their website. I was not expecting any reply but I received an e-mail saying that they liked the video and wanted to share it on their social media websites. Might be time to start ...

State of the art: 1 megapixel camera for $20,000

From way back in 1995 a Fuji X/Nikon hybrid. Roughly the size of a volleyball, this camera packed 1.3 megapixels and a removable 131 MB card capable of storing 70 images, all for $20,000.

Re: How strong is your camera

I wonder how many attempted camera returns GoPro will receive for people who "broke" their camera while golfing. :)

Re: How strong is your camera

My first thought was.... NO they are not going to hit the camera with the club...Then I thought what a waste of a nice camera. As much as I like GoPro I would love for them to focus on more than just the extreme crowd. The cameras can do more than just record some knucklehead doing something questio...

Re: Carpool Karaoke

That was really cool. What a great way to interview Rod. Comfortable to ride around and play his music in the car while he sings... I loved it.
