Re: Laptop Advice

Thanks very much for the advice. Her major is Nursing and AFROTC, so probably will only need a basic type computer. Good idea to check with the school. We have heard that laptops are stolen from dorm rooms so the cable lock is important. Someone else suggested to us to not get one that has too big o...

Re: Pan and Zoom

How long is the pic? The default is 5 sec. If the pic is on track 1, then move it above to track 2 and right click and select time stretch to say 7 secs. Then put the pic back on track 1 and the pics that come after will slide over to make room. Then you can go into the properties panel and move the...

Re: Favorite Movies of All Time

I watched a lot of the older films growing up and the one that I really liked was "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane". Also anything by Hitchcock and liked the old Charlie Chan movies. Haunting ones were Apocalypse Now and The Killing Fields. Liked the sarcastic humor of Pulp Fiction and how ...

Re: More on morphing

tex, thanks for the link. The morphing was smooth. Must have the deluxe version and think it comes with camera view or something like that. Lee, if it takes about 1 hour per pic that would add up quick. It takes me more time in PS to cut, size, and save than it does to put the green dots on and adju...

Re: More on morphing

Lee, the morphing of the wedding family, sounds interesting. How much would you charge for that? A lot of work.

Re: More on morphing

That has to be one of the better morphing videos I have seen for awhile :) Just a thought but a little bit of that technique added to a Wedding video would be something to try. Cheers, :) Lee Wheat King did a morphing sequence for a Wedding video. I am working on one now. Winmorph is free. Fantamor...

Re: My Top 50 Albums of All Time

That is quite a list! Saw about 16 or 17 in concert, some more than once (can't remember exactly). Marshall Tucker and REO always put on a great concert. REO is from rural Illinois. As for Chicago, well, didn't care for them much in the 70's....their music was overplayed. Our school band played thei...
