Re: Popping Christmas Bulbs

Try right-clicking on your volume icon in the system tray and selecting "Open Volume Mixer" and see if Firefox is muted.

Re: Popping Christmas Bulbs

No, there's no separate setting for the audio. Not sure why it wouldn't work by default on your computer (I'm sure you have your sound turned up). And, just so everyone knows, you can disable them via the following link, if desired:

Re: How to find an Adobe support person

Not sure if this will help, but make sure to check "File name extensions" and go to your "Media Cache Files" folder.

Re: update with updates off

From what I understand, [what Microsoft deems] critical/security updates will still happen if your computer is connected to the internet.

Re: VIRUS SOFTWARE

FWIW, I haven't had a 'third party' anti-virus software since 2009 (Win7) and haven't had a single problem. Currently fully updated with Win10.

Re: Track matte on a .mov file

Chuck Engels wrote:Ron, is there an old premiere elements tutorial for blurring a face? I don't see a current one but an old one would be no different than in current versions.

Only for Sony Movie Studio - http://muvipix.com/products.php?searchp ... =0&btn.y=0

May help, not sure.
