What is the protocol of giving an old license to someone else? Since I started using Premiere I have no use for Premiere Elements so I'd like to give it to someone.

Re: Give a license as a GiftI recommend deactivating the product before you hand it off. Otherwise he might run into some issues when he installs and tries to register it.
But there are no legal issues involved, if you've removed the product from your computers first. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
