Giveaway City here at Muvipix Post in this topic if you would like to win a free copy of the Premiere Elements In A Snap book. Although it was written for version 2, this book is still one of the best instructional guides to learning Keyframing you can find. This book is still very relevant to all versions of Premiere Elements. Some of the things may have moved around a little but most can still be done the same way as the book instructs. How to blur a face or object, pan and zoom, lots of great effects that you can create no matter what version of the software you own. Written by Steve and me

Even though I already have it and find it useful for 3.0.2, which I use, count me in. Maybe I can find a friend to "gift" it to.

For the new people to the forum: Don't let the version 2 steer you away from this book. It is very good for all the versions with easy to understand how to's, reference guides to skip around the book, and an all around good book that explains video editing. What I like best is the way it is cross-referenced to find exactly how to do an effect quick. Actually bought this book the week before I joined Muvipix and then realized the authors founded this site.

Chuck, I think people may be in down mode for summer. Keyframing as you know is essential to unlocking the power of Premiere. Yet it is one of the things most people struggle with. So I think you are on the right track, but this promotion may be a victim of the Dog Days of Summer . Regards, -Vernon
