We need to start finalizing our plans for the Meet Up in Minneapolis. There is a minimum number of reservations needed before we can reserve a banquet room at the Hilton Garden Inn Eagan.
We have a number of questions that need to be answered, Will You Attend?, How Many People Will You Bring?, What Day and Time Should the Meet Up Take Place?
I will add additional polls (see next post below) so we can get a live view of how things are coming together and how many will be attending. If you plan to attend please send me a private message with your name and the number of people as well as their names and ages (if children).
I must receive an email or Private Message registration to reserve a spot and a meal. Anyone that does not make a reservation will not be provided with a meal. Also, if you do not register there is no guarantee that there will be enough room so we cannot guarantee a seat. The Meet Up and meal are free to those that register, anyone that does not register will have to pay $20 per person at the door to cover costs. If you think you will be attending PLEASE REGISTER by sending me a private message and please only register if there is a better than 75% chance you will actually be there.

Looks like we will have to change plans slightly, not enough interest for the conference room at the hotel and catered lunch or dinner.
We can all meet at the Mall of America on Thursday September 10th around 11am. Muvipix will pay for lunch at either the Napa Valley Grill, Twin City Grill (my personal favorites) or another restaurant at the Mall.
Most of the restaurants at the mall have meeting rooms that we should be able to use at no cost. We can still spend time meeting everyone and then hopefully have a Q&A session with maybe a little training session.
Everyone is welcome to attend but we will need to make reservations. So far we have 10 people that I know of.

You never know Helen Some very good friends of ours are from Australia, they live in Minnesota now and have for the past 10 years. But we may take them up on an offer to fly there some day

Are you familiar with Hillsong Church Helen? Our friends used to be pastors at one of their churches, I think in Sydney. Hillsong has churches all over the place now I believe.

Chuck Yes, I have heard of Hillsong Church and I think there is one in Brisbane now as well. I seem to remember there was something in the media about it recently, maybe to do with the opening, but not 100% sure if this was the case. Sydney is about 10 to 12 hours drive from my home, and I have not visited there for a few years. I have family a couple of hours from Sydney so we normally go there now.
