Hi, Please I would like to know your recommendations for which camera to buy for my video podcast. Shall I get a DSLR or camcoder/handycam or a good webcam like logeitech c920? Which camera to buy for my new video podcasting? Please advise and help.

What do you plan to shoot with your camcorder, Mohammed?
Will it just be you sitting at a desk -- or you do you plan to shoot a lot of action or shoot a lot on location?

Thanks a lot for your interest and replying. Just me setting on my desk, and I think I will use the green or blue chroma behind me. Also think about using 2 cameras so I can shot from two sides (front and side) ... and some podcast episodes will be educational ones, which means to record the screen and me in the same time. So please advise.

I love Canon Vixia HF-R AVCHD camcorders. They're inexpensive and they produce excellent high-definition video. Here's one for under US$300. http://www.amazon.com/Canon-VIXIA-Digit ... anon+avchdIs that like what you're looking for?

It looks good to me but may you give me any examples of videos had been recorded using it? especially the final result production. Also, is it better to get a camcoder like this one or a DSLR and record with it? My podcast will be 15-20 minutes maximum, so which one is a better for the long run usage as an investment? Also what about the webcam logitech I've mentioned? Thanks for your valuable time.

A high-definition webcam might work just fine for you also. And they do not cost very much.
Camcorders cost much less than DSLRs that shoot good quality video. DSLRs are very good and you can use a variety of lenses on them -- but a good one will cost over US$1000.
I don't know if you are concerned about cost.
You can see an example of the video the Canon AVCHD camcorder shoots in this video.

1st of all god bless the baby and your family. Actually I want to start with 2 cameras using green or blue chroma behind me. This way I think starting with HD webcam is the way to go unless if there is a way to adjust 2 camcoders/handy cam to record in the same time without any synchronization errors. Yes I am concerned about cost my friend.

Thank you for your kind words about my family, Mohammed!
I would recommend you buy a high-definition webcam and see if it works for your purposes. They should be very affordable.

These are both excellent webcams, and either should work great, Mohammed!

I have the Logitech 9000 Pro which I think is an earlier version of the C920. I am very happy with the 9000 but the C920 looks even better! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NN_Msd7e930

The c930e is intended for business teleconferencing use and doesn't come with software. The c920 is intended for general use and does come with Logitech's viewing software. The two are similar. The c930e is a little wider angle and has better noise reduction and exposure compensation. It also supports UVC 1.5 (you'll need Windows 8, Windows 7 supports UVC 1.1). The c930e will also work on a MAC.
If you want to try using web cams, be sure that you can return them for a refund if they don't work out for you. Using multiple webcams on the same pc can be problematic. Many web cams won't show up as unique names and the software may not be able to capture both of them. You'll also need software that can capture from multiple cameras. I'm not familiar with that type of software and can't make a recommendation. Logitech's viewing software is not designed to capture multiple cameras.
