my presets motion control

Are there issues with My presets?
I'm having an issue with my motion control presets.
I've made sure many times to hit enter key for soft render and then save. Every time I close Pre 10. and reopen all the red line are there.

I have other questions with the My presets that I will address in another thread.

There's an old thread (or two) about this. I reported the issue in V10 some time ago, but there was never a solution found that I'm aware of. I just finally gave up and decided to let it re-render each time. :(

It's definitely a bug. It's fixed in version 11, except clips with the Video Stabilizer effect require rendering every time you open the project.

In version 10, sometimes if you open the project a second or third time in succession without exiting out of Premiere Elements, some or all of the red lines will turn green.

Maybe that's reason enough for me to upgrade. I like to open a project and go over it before I continue. Having to re render takes up to much of what little time I have.
As far as Video Stabilizer I'm seeing that in version 10 also.
Thanks
Richard
