CTI does not move at all on the time line while in play mode -but catches up if I stop play - same for all time line scrol options. I am in Fl so it is not that cold ... Thanks, K

Re: Frozen CTIIs there a red line above the clips on your timeline? If so, what happens if you press Enter to render the timeline so that the timeline turns green?
If that doesn't fix it, what model of camcorder is your video coming from, and what are your computer specs: How fast is your process and what operating system do you have? HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: Frozen CTISteve,
Time line has both avchd video and 1920x 1080 stills on it - only the stills have red lines above them (as you would expect). There are some transitions and a couple of zoom/pans on stills, (I will try rendering to see it that helps). Video is from a Sony HDRCX-150HD. PC is a Gateway desk top with Intel i7 cpu at 2,67Ghz, 9GB Ram, Win 7 Home Premium, running PE 10- 64bit version. This is my first try with PE10. K
