PrEl & PSE Upgrade

I see that Adobe now has an upgrade version of Premiere Elements and/or Photoshop Elements 10. This is a first, isns't it? They've always used rebates for those who own eligible previous software versions. Not much of a price difference though. There's a $30 difference between the upgrade version and the full version at list price, but on Amazon there's only a $11 difference after their discount.

The "upgrade" is a price advantage for previous owners of the program. You still get a full version of the program.

A poor choice of words on my part I guess. I understand that they're both the same full version. My point was simply the change from giving rebates, and that the price difference shrinks to considerably less than $30 when purchasing from Amazon.
