I suppose you mean that's for making a dvd?

As it says in our books, Henri, for hi-def video the ideal size is 2000x1500.

However, working with photos this size will take significantly more power (and rendering time), so we recommend working on any slideshows in very short segments.

It will also depend on the power of your computer, the project setting and the source video.
If I use the files from my HV40 along with still images I can do 100+ images at a time and usually work in 20 to 30 minute segments.
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.
