running footage backwards

Is there a way in Elements 9 to duplicate a clip and make it run backwards? In other words if the clip showed someone walking from left to right, could you then duplicate that and flip the order of all the frames, so that the person appeared to be walking backwards from right to left?

If you right-click on the clip on your timeline and select Time Stretch, you will see the option to play the clip in reverse.
