DVD & Blu-ray Region Codes: Interesting Article/2 Questions

Questions:

Will the DVDs and Blu-rays that I burn with the machine in my signature play in all DVD players, regardless of region?

Or, if ever I have a customer from a region other than the US, must I inform her that she may need to purchase a player in the US to play the media that I have created for her?

Including Blu Ray discs, unless you have software that allows you to select a region the discs will be region free.
