There are lots of templates but I doubt you will find many free ones.
With the price of the software and what it takes to be good at it most people don't give much away.
There are lots of tutorials available, those are free, but most of the templates are not.

You can search using Google for "after effects templates free", that will bring up a few.
Most templates you have to pay for.
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

We have been discussing the purchase of some templates to give away to our subscribers, that will happen in the future. There is a site that we do a lot of business with and they have a reasonable price for After Effects templates, 40 for $10 USD. Look toward the bottom of the page using the link below.
http://www.freevideobacks.com/pages/ult ... olkit.html

I don't know if those are the kind of templates you are looking for or not. Once you learn the program it really isn't to hard to create your own templates for motion backgrounds. But learning the software does take some time and effort.

For the time being I just need to add a simple introduction to my clips to give it some special taste, like adding a 10 or 20 seconds to all clips I am making and uploading to Youtube.
I am not looking for something fancy as it is not commercial but just something simple clean and professional.
Most clips are for educational purposes .. some about ISLAM (Religion) and others about computer software.

Are you just looking for a nice Motion Background to add? I'm not sure what the need for an After Effects Template would be. We have 1000's of backgrounds here, have you looked at those?

Isn't them are after effects templates?
For example the HD Movie Reel 002 Video Background, isn't it an after effect template that I am downloading and editing it with after effects then export it to a movie to be added later on to Premiere?

No, it is a video background to be used in Premiere Pro, Premiere Elements, Final Cut, or any other editing application. The background was created with After Effects but can not be edited in After Effects anymore as it has been exported as a movie.

You can add a title to add whatever text you need. The only way to actually edit the background is to have the original After Effects project file and all of the source media/assets.

The great thing about the backgrounds is that you can add whatever text you want to using the Titler in Premiere.

Yes, that would be the ideal solution.

BluffTitler is a very affordable program which comes with many free templates:
http://www.outerspace-software.com/blufftitler.html

More free ones can be found in their users' gallery.

It is more than just a titling program if used creatively. I've easily extracted motion backgrounds from the included title templates and created others. Other uses for it can be found if you are creative.

The "titles" can be exported in a few different formats (some include transparency) to most editing programs (including Pre El and PPro).

Download the tutorial:
