The Rotobrush looks interesting, I'm not sure how much I will be using it. Some of the other new features look pretty good also. Like Digieffects Freeform and the enhanced Mocha and color finesse plugins.
Overall, AE CS5 looks like a very decent upgrade. I'm looking forward to getting it.
