Kinetic Typography - Help and Suggestions

Postby Chuck Engels » Tue Jan 24, 2017 2:15 pm

Hello all :)

I helped talk myself into a Kinetic Typography project for a 12 minute demonstration video. The video will be shortened to some degree, maybe end up at 8 minutes or so. I have purchased two very nice AE Templates from Pond 5 and VideoHive that will help a lot but are limited for a video of this length.

Just looking for help and suggestions as to the best way to approach this as I have not attempted this before. I know the concept and some basics but want to avoid any of the pitfalls in advance if possible.

I know that Cheryl has done some of this in the past, any advice would be appreciated :)

This is the AE tut I followed. Warning foul language. The only suggestion is to use precomps for each section and lots of markers.
