PE 8 but not PSE 8 installed

If you have Premiere Elements 8, but not Photoshop Elements 8, installed, I request that you do a check on your system and post the results back to this thread. Also please post if Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 and if 64 bit.

The Elements Organizer uses an operating system service that it installs and is named Adobe Active File Monitor v x (where x is the version number). What I want to know is whether the Premiere Elements 8 installation installs this service?

On my Vista system, I go to Control Panel and look in the Administrative Tools and then choose Services. In the list of services, do you see

Adobe Active File Monitor v8 ?

or any other service from Adobe (based on service name) that you don't easily identify with a specific Adobe product?
