Mercalli Stabilizer 2 Stand Alone

Postby hhnguyen » Fri Dec 10, 2010 12:34 pm

Hi All

I'm thinking about up grading to Mercalli 2 Stand Alone rather than Plugin. Mainly because of cost (about $50 cheaper). Does anyone see any drawback/disadvantage going with this idea? One that I can think of is more render time. I just want to make sure I don't miss or overlook something important.

Many Thanks in advance

Plus it will impact quality if you do further editing after stabilization. You will render once when stabilizing then render again when you export from Premiere Elements. The impact on quality will depend on your video format... something that is already compressed like MPEG2 or AVCHD will show more quality loss.
