Changing a drop shadow

Postby Jayell » Fri Jul 31, 2009 3:29 pm

I've got 60 stills on the timeline .. with a drop shadow on them. I've NOW decided that I want to change the 'distance' setting of the drop shadow on all 60 of them. I know that I can copy from one still to the balance at one time, which actually solves the problem visually, but leaves two drop shadow entries on each still. Is there a way to adjust all of them simultaneously (or at least simply) without leaving the extra drop shadow setting on each one. I'm using PE2. Probably not, huh? :(

Hi Jayell,
If you remove all of the images from the timeline, and then put them back, all of the additional properties will be gone and you can start over.
You probably knew that already though.

Other than starting over like that I don't know how to get it to stop duplicating the properties.
I would like the option to duplicate or replace, that might be a nice feature request :)
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.

Thanks Chuck. No, I really don't want to start all over, since they're each individually sized and positioned on the timeline. For now I've just gone with the duplication .. which again looks fine. Thanks for the quick response.
