use of black video

In Premiere Elements 3 when creating a slide show or movie.
If you create a black video with text and position in the show and then decide you want to place it in additional place(s) in the same show, is there a way of copying it to these different locations?

hi Carmen,

You can use the copy and paste commands to insert the same title.
Select the title you want to copy. Use Ctrl + C to copy. Move your CTI (Current Time Indicator) to where you want to place the title. If you want to place it without shifting clips that are futher in the timeline press CTRL + V Or if you want everythig to shift or move over to make room for the title press CTRL + SHIFT + V (Paste Insert).

Cant you just drag it from the Media Panel wherever you want on the timeline as many times as you want?
