Okay, that worked. I knew it would be something obvious like that.

So I tried to get some different backgrounds, and it keeps telling me subscriber only. I am a subscriber, but it won't let me download.

Hi Kathy, What subscription did you purchase? There are various subscriptions and not all include the graphics.
I'm sure that we can figure out what the problem is.
Can you download the free backgrounds without any problems?
