export a new sequence in Pro 5.5

Postby Matthew Max » Wed Sep 21, 2016 8:43 pm

How do I export the start of a video series so that I can use the same start conveniently and not have to rebuild it?

You could set the work area bar to encompass the intro section and export that as a video file that you could import into other projects.

Another way would be to create your intro as a separate sequence that can be nested in your original project and imported into future projects. See this video:

Of course! Create the intro separately and then import it. Now, why didn't I think of that? Gracias, Bob. And for the video. I'm going to have a cup of delicious coffee in your name...with toast and apricot preserves.

I've started a free series of 49 tips for language teachers who want to make video into learning tools. These are informal but thought through. The intro sequence is very important to me. I am doing this series as an educator and a journalist. Without Muvipix, I'd be overwhelmed. However, with Muvipix backing me up, I'm able to crank out a HUGE quantity of quality videos.
