Hello
Please check the attached image.

I would like to change the color of the zoom transition from black to another color.
Please advise.

You applied the zoom transistion to end of the last clip on the timeline. Without a following clip, it will zoom to transparency which is represented by black. If you were to place a color matte underneath, you would see the color matte show through. If you had placed a color matte following the clip before applying the zoom transition, it would have zoomed to the color matte.

So unless it is not the last clip I can not change the color.
I am afraid that I mean or I need to change the color of the last clip a the end of the video.

It all depends on what is on the other side of the transition. If it is the last clip there is only black on the other (right) side, if it is between two clips then it will depend on what the right clip in the transition is. Try putting the zoom transition between two clips and see what it looks like. If you want it to be a color then you need to apply a color matte to the right side of the transition like Bob says above ;)
