Poor Conversion from Proshow to AVI

Postby VernonRobinson » Sat Apr 03, 2010 12:28 pm

I have been looking at this for quite a while. I have a generic crowd shot from a swim meet that I would like to use in a team slide show made in Producer. The problem is the ghosting that occurs. I have tried many different output formats (e.g. AVI, uncompressed AVI, MPeg). I have tried adjusting the bitrate, but nothing seems to really help. The clip plays ok inside ProShow. See the clips below for a better understanding. I have used GSpot and the original clip says it is DV-AVI with a Bitrate of 28,771 kbits. Using that bit rate on the exports does not solve the problem. Any ideas?
