..ha ha! Had a problem with re-installation of Xar X10. It wants me to log on as Admin; never had to do that before, and Win10/64 is impossible! I hit the Win key and the Command prompt comes up, but does not give any options, such as I've seen explained on the Net/Google. I've put some stuff in there, but CMD does not respond. Any ideas..I hope?

Hi Buddy,

Not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish with the command prompt. You can run any program as admin by selecting that from the context menu.

Just right click on the install file and select "Run as Administrator"

Chuck, I knew I would be able count on you, and the rest of the guys for an answer; Google was worthless, as was Microsoft. Before I got your message I stumbled into that, and how simple. Win 10 should actually make it easy for you, explaining what you need to do, understandingly, to be the Admin in an ongoing fashion. As stated I stumbled, as I frequently do for two to three days, but then in my growing frustration I started put the message out. Even Xara didn't have a clue. Once again you done it! :) Thanks my buddy.

PS: Xara is still doing the same thing, so it may be something in the system that is causing the issue. I've also notice Firefox bouncing up and down when I'm on a page ](*,)

If you go into Control Panel > User Accounts, it should show whether your account is an admin account or not. It should be but just in case you might want to check and make sure.
