Tuts, etc. on Muvipix

Postby BuddyB » Sun May 31, 2015 11:37 am

I was able to before the renewal of my sub, but for some reason and I don't know if it's me or the computer, I cannot view any of the tutorials. Any ideas. As a matter of fact I can't do anything I could prior to with the exception of posting. :(

As long as you've got Quicktime on your computer, you should be able to view the tutorials, Buddy. Though even a right-off-the-shelf computer usually has all it needs to do so.

It certainly has nothing to do with your subscription. So you might try ensuring you have the latest Quicktime and then rebooting.

I don't remember, but they had been taking it out auto. I'll double check and if it isn't right I'll correct it. Thanks, didn't think about that. And Mr Grisetti :) funny you should mention Qucktime. You may remember my issue with PowerDirector9, well Cyberlink, finally after a week or so, recommended I delete the Quicktime from my machine, go to Apple and download another Quicktime there. Well, that resolved my issue with PD9 and now it works. Will check that out as well. Thanks. I just checked my Qucktime, and it's the latest version, so I'm not sure what to do next.

Can you give us a specific example, Buddy?

Which tutorial isn't load for you and what do you see when you double-click on it?

It doesn't matter what the tut, I can see the preview, but nothing else. When I double click it darkens and pops back. Subscribers button does not respond as it did. So, whatever I need to do is fine. If not paying enough I'll pay more. Just let me know. IT IS NOW ALL FIXED!! Thanks guys. :)

Hi Buddy,

What about the graphics, can you download any of those? Could be that you have a Media Basic subscription rather than a Learning Basic or Premiere subscription. I am not sure of the name that was used to purchase the subscription so I am having trouble looking it up. If you send an email to Ron and me we will check on it for you.
