Bob the Builder theme song, which is very annoying, but the kids may like it. That is a tough category. Go with something uplifting & cheerful. A Beautiful World by Tim Myers.

My daughter Brittany came up with a few more;

Good song from Steven Curtis Chapman - Only Getting Started.

There is a song on the Hermie and Friends (Max Lucado) videos called "God's Not Done With Me Yet", can't find it but will keep looking.
That might be a fun one to use.

A different approach to the project: use instrumental music and add comments of the build from students. Show photos of the school under construction to students as you record their unscripted comments. On the finished classroom photos you could ask students what is their favorite thing about the new building.

Sorry Donna, forgot they were so young. Was thinking the school was up to 4 or 5th grades. Congrats on the new school!
