Tripod Recommendations

I am looking for a tripod that is lightweight, a fluid head, quick release, and will accommodate my HV30. Found this kit at B&H:

I went with a Libec 650 and will buy a fluid head when I think I need one - the standard head does what I need for now. Also have a look at the Libec 950 which is slightly heavier/stronger. Really stable tripod.
