Installed WAV files

Postby GerryB » Thu Feb 25, 2010 3:22 pm

Whilst crawling over my PC flloing for a xtml file I came across a load of WAV files associated with the Pinball game. On my PC they are in
C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball ... May be elsewhere on other PCs.
For me they will be useful when I want to 'bleep the expletive' that is recorded when videoing referees. A nice free resource - for me anyway!

FYI, those files are part of the Windows Pinball game that shipped with Windows XP (and a few earlier Windows versions). Windows XP is the last version of Windows that includes that game. It is not in Windows Vista or Windows 7.

I just did a search for .wav files on one of our computers and found a bunch of them. I was surprised to find many in Microsoft Office, as well as many other programs.

With MS Office, one can go to the MS Office Web site, and download a lot of Assets from Audio files, to stock photos, to Clipart.

With some, conversions might be needed.

Good luck,

Hunt
