Epson Artisan 50 + Kirkland Pro Glossy Paper: Triple Whoa!

Ladies and gentlemen, we are talking here of 69-pound thick glossy that sells at 150 8.5 x 11-inch sheets for $18 and change!!!

Compare that to 50 sheets of Epson for $36 (Epson) - $40 (Fry's).

In 4x6, 300 sheets are $13 and change.

P.S. That's an Epson Artisan 50 with Epson original Claria inks. With the paper so inexpensive, I don't mind even slightly to pay for the ink, which I get (thanks for the tip,Steve) on Amazon.com.

P.P.S. A NEW Epson Artisan 50 printer with a set of cartridges is currently selling on amazon for the ridiculous price of $77, which is about what Epson charges for just the six cartridges.

The output with the Kirkland looks AT LEAST as good as the output with the Epson papers, in both cases using the settings recommended for Epson's Pro glossy paper. The Kirkland paper is 69-lb while the Epson is said to be 79-lb, but I cannot appreciate the difference.
