anyone having problems with Replay Video Capture?

Just wondering if anyone out there is familiar with a software program called Replay Video Capture, from Applian Technologies? It's designed to easily capture (as either mpg or wmv) online video, and does work as advertised. But I immediately began experiencing serious problems with other applications -- including Photoshop and PE -- after installing and using the program. After uninstalling, the problems appeared to go away.

Applian's web site reports no known compatibility issues with Vista, though I suspect otherwise. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has any experience -- good, bad or otherwise -- with this software. I'm waiting to hear back from Applian on my problems.
