Film Strip Template

Do you have available 3 or 4 piece film strip template that I can put some pictures on to and make it a 5x7 picture out of it? If not do you know where I can get such a thing?

If you Google "film strip" you get lots of results.

You can copy any of them that are large enough or larger than you need and add your own images in Photoshop Elements

That is one that I did not make. Can't remember where it came from. There are a lot of images at Wiki Commons. Just check if there are any restrictions. Here is the first page of many film strips there. I rework images in Photoshop:
