Keyboard shortcut for stacking

Postby Clayton » Sun Oct 10, 2010 7:07 pm

Does anyone know of anyway to create a keyboard shortcut for stacking in PE8 organizer? A previous version had a built in shortcut, but PE8 does not and I don't see any way to create your own. Or on the other hand, does PE9 have this feature. I do a lot of stacking in my catalogs and it might be worth buying PE9 just for this feature

I sure can't find any keyboard shortcut for creating Stacks in Elements Organizer 9, Clayton. Just a right-click option.

Sorry.

Strangely, the program seems to indicate that you can stack selected photos in the photo browser by using Ctrl+Alt+s.

But when I use that shortcut, it just brings up my HP's system information.

One further update: On my Mac, Cmd+Option+s (the Mac equivalent to Ctrl+Alt+s) does create a stack.

So maybe it will work on some PCs.

Can somebody else with version 9 try it?

I've been stacking all day and wishing for the same shortcut, but, alas, I get the same result as you, Steve, with PSE9.
