Thanks all for the links and for the advice. I designed my case insert on Photoshop too. AudioLabel has a template for Memorex DVD Case Inserts on a different tab from the DVD label tab. I had to go back to Photoshop and change a few things. Once I did, the AudioLabel software worked perfectly. I printed it on my Canon Pixma Pro 100. I don't know how much the full version is going to cost, but my experience with this software so far has been excellent. Thanks again.

I bought the full version of AudioLabel for $29.95. It is an outstanding program. It's precise and clear. I used it to create DVD case inserts and DVD labels. It has many different template choices for different types of inserts. It is easy to insert label content that I created in Photoshop. A great resource.
