Printing DVD case inserts

In Photo Shop Elements 12, is it possible to design and print DVD case inserts? I would prefer slim cases.

There's also a template for creating CD/DVD covers under the Create tab in the Elements Organizer.

Depending on the quality of your printer I have found it very cost effective to print my inserts at Office Max or somewhere similar. For the cost of ink I find that Office Max has a really top notch laser color printer that does a better job than any printer I own. Even if you just have them print to regular paper.
