Convert to Sepia

I have a few black and white photographs which I would like to change to look like the older sepia tone photos. Can I do that with my Photoshop Elements 8? If so, how?

Check the Photo Effects on the Effects tab under the Edit tab. There should be an effect called Old Photo and another called Vintage Photo.
