In re-reading I discovered two mistakes.
1. In the second line, after "PSE8" I left out some words which stated I deleted all the files in Organiser.
2. I kept on referring to categories - I shouyld have said "Catalogs".
Sorry about this.

Re: 2 Organiser Problems - Part 2You can edit your old posts by clicking the Edit button on the post, Walter -- or even posting a Reply to it. No reason to start a new thread just to explain the old. In fact, that can get a little confusing!
Hope you don't mind. I've taken the liberty of editing your old post, per these notes. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: 2 Organiser Problems - Part 2On second thought, I'm a bit hesitant to edit your first post, Walter. If I change references to "categories" to "catalogs", the post no longer makes sense.
A catalog is the file the Organizer uses to keep track of all of the files you've added to the Organizer. Most people only have one catalog file. Do you really mean to say that you've got several catalog files and you're trying to delete some? HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
