Here is a copy of the cropped image that I put through Neat Image, in Photoshop CS2, and added some color correction -- there's a green color cast -- and a bit more saturation. I also used a mask to keep the detail of the foliage.

NEAT also do a noise filter for video.... NeatVideo. Also works very well. I use it on low light shots or old VHS conversions.

Neat Image did a great job - I'll try it. Thanks Ron. I appreciate the tips on the color adjustments too, I was playing with that as well but really just guessing.

I don't know if it will work with Photoshop Elements 6, but even if it doesn't, you get a standalone version as well.
