I'm not a scrapbooker, but I am a Premier subscriber. Their monthly Photoshop or Elements video tutorials are great, along the weekly tips that teach you some quick Photoshop/Elements how-to's, and loads of graphics to use in my Photoshop projects. I've gotten some great ideas and lots of training. I highly recommend this site simply for Photoshop and/or Elements training and fun project ideas.

A lot of the graphics that they have can be used in video projects in many ways also, some really cool stuff at very reasonable prices.
