Here is how to allow the PSE7 Organizer to handle sending, as many as you'd like, after automatically resizing them:
--choose your default email client under Edit>Preferences>Sharing
--select the images in the Organizer
--on the Share Tab, click the E-Mail Attachments button
--using the drop-down menu, select the desired size
--using the slider, select the desired resolution
--click Next
--if desired, change the message "Here are the photos...."
--click on the 2-headed icon to edit contacts
--in the Contact Book dialog, click the New Contact icon and fill in the requested information
--click OK
--under Select Recipients, check the box next to the desired recipient
--click Next
Voila!--your default email client immediately creates an email message
Click Send to transmit all the automtically-resized-and-attached images
