Sony MoviEZ HD

This is a very cool product, Sony MoviEZ HD, and the price is okay.

You supply the video, photos, and music. You get 10 excellent styles from which to choose. It analyzes everything, and rather quickly, and maps the beat of the music to the show. Best I've seen to date for the price. If you change styles or music, it takes only a few seconds before you can preview the results.

Anyway, it's worth trying just to get some ideas.

I want to second support for Sony MoviEZ ( i was lucky and got free after rebate but its worth paying for!!) Note there is a trial version.

It is really cool and easy to use ... it is now my slide show maker of choice
What I love is
ton of sliders to control what it does
the syncing to music,
the magic spot (the software figures out the important spot and ken burns moves in our out on that spot... if the computer guesses wrong you can change)
handles video very nicely (can even take a clip and preview and then hold down MUST HAVE button or EXCLUDE button and it will enforce that and intelligently handles the video
output is hidef and nice
uploads to youtube, facebook, will burn a disk and many other output options
makes nice transitions
if you make several different projects, it will combine them into a single disk with a nice menu system ....The only bad thing and I hope they fix this ...is that when you play the disk, there is a somewhat long delay between each project being displayed

There is a few things I wish it could do
adjust volume of video clip in relation to song (I had to take clip into PE10, increase volume, export and then reload in)...only needed to do for 1 clip so generally ok
each time you make a change it has to reanalyze (but its fairly fast)
I have to clear captions in each photo (had Sony CSC)

Here is an example (long so don't watch all)
