Minneapolis Get Together Is Set

Postby Chuck Engels » Sun Aug 09, 2009 12:33 pm

Finally, we have confirmed everything for our get together in Minneapolis.

We will meet at the Napa Valley Grill in the Mall of America, Bloomington, MN. at 11am on Thursday September 10th.
We will have a private meeting room for lunch and a Q&A session. Steve and I will be on hand to answer questions and we will have a projector and laptop to do demos or whatever anyone wants to see.

Muvipix will provide lunch so there isn't any reason not to come and be a part of this get together :)

See you all in Bloomington next month :TU:

Sorry it's taken so long for me to respond to this event - it's been a VERY busy summer.

Since I live in a Twin Cities suburb, I was planning on going, but I was holding off committing to it to find out about some family stuff and the schedule for being on call at work. I thought I was safe until I just got some "bad" news. I've been selected for jury duty starting 9/8/09 for 2 weeks. Now I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it or not.

It's the kind of jury duty where I call in each day to find out if I have to go in or not so I won't know until that day (or maybe the night before). The jury duty might make getting a day off of work harder too - I'm not sure.

Can I commit to a "Maybe"? I'll do my best to come, but I'm just not sure how everything's going to work out. I sure hope I can make it!!!!!

Hey Chuck!

It's nice to be back... Yes I've been making movies, I had to stop using the service due to financial reasons but I'm hoping that will change soon. I feel like I'm home when I came here. I'll be visiting the threads, it's really great to be back. I hope to find everyone doing well especially health wise!
