A few things here....
Before I rate these I see there is a 15 and 30 for each... I wonder how this will sway voting. If I like one best for the concept chances are it will be the same for the 15. Should we rate only the 30s? Same for 15 and 30, i haven't voted yet but will once I determine how this should be considered.
I think the work displayed here is amazing and I am making my comments with a much more critical eye than usual since this is for a commercial to sell the site on newcomers. As a ex-marketing professional, I am taking in all aspects, not just the design and editing but the overall message and even the emotional appeal of these videos. PLease know I think they are ALL AWESOME as are the people who took the time to enter (I couldn't due to time constraints and lack of availability this summer).
Finall, I ran out of room for a comment and the rest is here....
contest like this. Love the use of the quotes....huge with the theme...liked the way it showcased the site as well. Good panning but a bit hard to read title in this section. Overall, this is (imo) a good sell for Muvipix
Happy Editing,
Beth

Not true. I believe that there is also skill in "editing down" a video with regard to the original content involved. They may edit, and it may lose some of the meaning - or vice versa. I'll see what I can do about comment length.

Please rate them all Beth (and everyone), the 30s and 15s. There could be a winner for both if they are different, but the final judging will tell

Everyone please have anyone you know come to Muvipix and vote on the entries. We want to get a real big response and we want to know which ones the average person likes, not just the Muvipix Members The goal is to pick the best one that will help us get the Muvipix name out there and get more people to our site. We already have a project due in a few weeks that will most likely include all of the entries because they are all so good, more on that in the future Let me just say that your work could be seen by 1/2 a million people or more

I don't think that's a problem, Beth. There were a couple where the 15 & 30 were very different .. I like one, but not the other. Concept may be the same, but presented differently for a very different effect.
