Chat Rooms Are Back!!

After a few months absence the Chat Rooms have returned

If you look at the top menu/navigation bar you will notice that between the Gallery and Articles is the familiar Chat button.
Go in, try it out, and have fun. There are a few rooms to start with and most of you can create your own public or private rooms to chat in.

If you look at the top menu/navigation bar you will notice that between the Gallery and Articles is the familiar Chat button.

I changed this slightly. The "Chat" link is part of the forum menu, right-hand side next to "Forum FAQ". This is so that only forum members may use the chat.

There's also a "Chat Status" at the bottom of the index page. This will show who's in the chat room; both member name and number of members.

Let us know if there are any problems.

Hi Ron,

The chat status at the bottom of the index page is not showing for me!
I do have pop up windows blocked and other options so I may have to change these.
I will try a few things out at my end and get back to you!

Do I get a prize for being the first to report a problem with this?

You probably simply need to clear your cache, Lee. Let me know if that works.

Nope, that didn't do the trick

When I go back to the board index I get the same error! (page not showing for the chat status)
It's no great lose to see who is chatting etc. EDIT: I meant to say "No great loss"

I'll try a few other things and get back to you, cheers!
