January "New Stuff" - coming soon

Postby Ron » Fri Jan 11, 2008 4:07 pm

This is just to let our members know that we haven't forgotten about you and the "New Stuff" for the beginning of the year will be out shortly.

As you know, we've had some minor issues with the forum and this backed us up a little beyond our control, but not to worry, we're furiously working to try to get it out this weekend sometime; latest by Monday, January 14. We'll be adding over 100 fantastic motion backgrounds (HD & SD), a few full length music tracks, DVD Loops, DVD Menu music, a couple of Steve's famous Steve's Tips and of course some free stuff, including a Holiday pack with video, short music snippets and images. And as always, all members will be notified when the content is available.

Sorry for the minor delay and thanks again for your subscriptions! It's truly helping us maintain this site.
Regards,
-Ron

And I appologize but there will probably not be any new tutorials this month :(

But....

We are planning a very nice selection of new stuff for our 1 year anniversary and lots of free stuff to celebrate.
This will include many new video tutorials on many of the subjects that have been requested over the past year.
Instead of trying to just rush and throw some stuff together I decided to do it right and just hold off until next month.
Our anniversary is February 19th, get ready!

Please forgive me for being a little behind, but I think you will be happy with what you see this month and next :)

Ron did all of the pre-testing, and set up this whole community pretty much single handed, he started long before we ever opened the doors.
Steve and I, along with some of the moderators did pre-testing of the site a week or two before we went 'Live', that is why you will see some of us with dates prior to the actual opening date.

The anniversary is February 19th !

Thanks for the info Chuck. This site is amazing and you can tell all of the work that went behind it. Just the bones of it...easy to navigate, easy to read, organized, etc.

I remember on the Adobe forum the coming soon thread. Knew it was around the time I joined.

Wow...a year already...Congratulations!

A great testament to Ron, his great insight, and attention to detail are so greatly appreciated more than he will ever know. Thanks for the reminder Cheryl :)
