Visiting Guests and Dignitaries

Postby Chuck Engels » Wed Nov 07, 2007 1:45 pm

Hello All Muvipix Members and Subscribers,

With the closing of Photoshopelementsusers.com and Photoshop Elements Techniques, we will be having a lot of visitors stopping by to check us out.
We would love for our community to grow, especially in the area of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.
Please make them feel welcome and at home as you do with any of the new folks that visit us daily.

We are very proud of what Muvipix has become and especially of its members, please try to go out of your way to help the new folks if and when you can.
Thanks Everyone :)

Sounds like the Best Forum in the Known Universe is just going to get better!

Welcome Photoshop folks! Despite the falling snow, it's quite warm in here.... :reindeer:

WOW, I didn't know that and I'm a subscriber to the newsletter, but seldom visit the forum. They have 14,000+ members. That could mean a lot of visitors!

Not only that, but a subscription would be cheaper for them here and they get more products also. \:D/

I didn't know that. I am also a subscriber and check in for help every now and then. When is it closing?

I went to the photoshop elements website. I think they have found a new home. I know there is a very close relationship with those members. Has anyone invited them over?

I have made a few invitations to both the Photoshop Elements forum and the Premiere Elements forum.
Hopefully some of them will find their way here, if they only knew what a friendly place this is :)

Chuck, as you know the photoshopelementsuser forum has moved over the weekend (I see you have already been there). Also they have a splinter group or two. One was trying to salvage what they had before they shut down and create a new site. No sooner did they have it going when the forum uprooted to the village. Some more angry people. Looked at the new sites, but not much for Premiere at either. Looks like the village will continue with you, Steve, and Barb contributing. Maybe the premiere users will migrate.

I don't plan on spending much time there anymore, too many angry people these days.
Maybe after things calm down but they have a very good moderator in ATR.

This is still the best forum in the known universe for Premiere Elements :)

:) Nothing to do with age Donna, that happens to everyone that reaches the 250 posts mark.

Wait till you see what it says at 500
