The Ten Title Challenge

Postby Wheat King » Tue Feb 20, 2007 11:44 pm

So I was playing with some effects for titles and thought that maybe I would post them up into the gallery to test it out. Then I got thinking I would love to see what other people would do if they were given the challenge... So here it is... make ten title effects... and post a link into your movie into this thread... here's mine... http://www.muvipix.com/cpg/displayi ... p?pos=-162

oh and I'll apoligize now for the music....

Have fun!

Thanks Steve! I've created a project where I'm experimenting with each effect. Have been learning lots about what each effect can do. I was amazed at the camera view effect it's got a lot of functionality.

The gallery was the thing I was looking forward to with muvipix. 8)

I would say about 3-4 hours was spent experimenting with all the different effects. I have bunnch of others that I've been playing with too. My goal started out as one effect every night to play with it. Now I've started playing with combinations of effects to see what you get... cool stuff! There are sooo many possiblities, which is why I posted in the gallery... I'd like to see what other people have come up with... :D

Like anything else, new stuff takes a while to catch on. Start spreading the word around the internet and get some others over here to join us :)

Neithier did I greg until I started playing! Regarding the showcase forum. Thsi was one of things that I was most looking forward to from muvipix. I remember Chuck had solicited people for input on the ideal website (on the Adobe forum) way back when... Obviously the Muvipix team listened. I'm liking what I see! 8)

I've been toying with the idea of starting my own blog, just haven't found the time.

Another Idea would be to submit articles / videos / etc to social networking or social news websites like digg dot com. Taht would generate some traffic for sure!

I have 2 tutorials and a new motion background to put together, not much time for the titles right now but I will try to put something together.

The motion background has a basketball theme, maybe I should do a hockey one next ;)
