Another classic Grisetti production

Postby Steve Grisetti » Wed Feb 10, 2016 1:50 pm

I had so much fun recutting one of the old action movies I made in high school that I decided to recut another.

Here's the trailer that never was for "The Porter File".

An instant classic. Music was the icing on the cake.

Steve, you're just having too much fun. :-D
The old film look just adds so much character to these. And yes, the music is spot-on. :TU:

I can see that must have been fun.
Great titles and use of the music. And of course, it illustrates the Grisetti Principle: It tells a story.

I love it!

Written, produced and starring .... STEVE GRISETTI !!!

Jeez, I remember being thin like the guy running across the road. Was that you, Steve? What a fun project! :yh:

Brings back more great memories...Mr. B and I once knew a guy who had a video camera when he was a teen. He and his twin brother made 'action' films too. Their 'Tarzan' costumes took the prize. Like you, they really had fun with it!

Well, it was a good use of my teenage energies anyway. So, unlike my contemporaries int he 1970s, I spent most of my teenage years clean and relatively sober.

Excellent! Mr. B once received a B'day card that read "You know it happens once a year... Time for a bath.

Another action packed adventure Steve! Great editing. That sure looked like real gun smoke coming from the gun. And didn't your mother teach you to never run with a gun? :fg: And who fell down the stairs?

The ones still living and still in touch have seen the video.

And, yes. Real gun, real blanks. And that's all I have to say about that.

And as I recall that being the 70's it would have been a Quinn Martin Production:

It still gets beat in the ratings by Mannix, but it does come in slightly ahead of Starsky and Hutch :)
