I've been trying to upload to the gallery. It goes through the motions, gets to 99%, says, "waiting for Muvipix" and then I get an "internal server error."
The file is only 36.7 Mb. What am I doing wrong?

Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseSidd, thee are some other "promises",
some Muvipix creators asked for more time since the beginning.
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseI signed up for the free Vimeo service, so here it goes:
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseI liked the development on two colors for sequence, prevalently green and blue very nicely distinguished.
And I liked a lot the crossing directions of the runs in the fading transitions. (I don't know if my English is clear, I'm afraid not ( ) The shots from your car (I imagine), are different for direction: from left to right of the screen, from the background to the foreground and viceversa. I liked very much the whole dynamic of them in editing, very exciting, a lot of fun .
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseI'm just loving these! After seeing the mountains I had to find where you're located. Lake Champlain is very close. A gorgeous area. A nice sampler platter of the delights near you. Thanks for your creation!

Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseWOW Peru I loved it. Beautiful color and very nice camera work. Looks like an excellent place to live......until the snow hits then it is "interesting".
All in all Bravo great job. Sidd "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." ..... Ferris Bueller
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcase
Thank you. Yes, I had my wife drive me around town on Sunday. I did it the old fashioned way, no Go Pro, just sticking the camera out the car window.
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcase
Thanks, Dave. The kayak and sailboat were in Lake Champlain. Peru is part of the "Adirondack Coast."
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcase
Thanks, Sidd. I wanted to do some winter stuff, but I didn't have much in my archive. The snow brings a whole new dimension to the area, as we are only about 30 miles from Lake Placid and an hour south of Montreal.
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseI ditto what Sidd said. Beautiful camera work and colors! Nice slider/car shots. What a beautiful area you live and they named the town after you!!
Ok, Bob, I am now expecting more videos from you now that you have a Vimeo account. aka Cheryl

Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcase
Thanks, Cheryl. I don't have a slider. I just used a monopod in the car. If we make this an ongoing thing, with the winner choosing the next topic as was suggested in an earlier post, I'd love to upload more video. Just so that all have enough time, I think perhaps something like four "contests" a year would probably work well. It might even be an attraction for new Muvipix subscribers.
Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseI totally agree with Peru, a contest a season would be a nice idea !

Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseLoved the video, Peru Bob! Even if I thought there were more mountains and llamas in Peru.

Re: 2014-08 Muvipix 1 minute video showcaseThanks Peru (Bob?) for taking the time to get that video online. I watched it twice and really enjoyed it. Your video is EXACTLY what I had in mind when I suggested the "where you live in 1 minute" idea. No narration needed, the video paints a picture of a small family-friendly town in rural NY. The music was very complementary of the clips you chose. One suggestion; I thought the clip of the person in the kayak was on screen for too long (much longer than duration of other clips so it "felt" too long). Other than that I don't know how you could have made the video any better. Great job!!
