HEIC files

Does premiere elements now support HEIC files?
I've got a few my my kids that I would like to use in a video.

Supposedly it does. HEIC and HEVC video.

If not, I'm very sure Photoshop Elements does, and you could use it to convert the HEIC files to JPGs.

But please give it a try and report back to us. I'd like to know if the program lives up to Adobe's marketing.

It does work in Photo Shop Elements. You can do individual files or in the advanced mode batch the files.

In Advanced mode. Select File - Process Multi Files.
Fill in the input and export location. At the bottom select the file type to save them as.
Works great.
